Refund & Returns

At ToonCart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.

Digital Products

• Since digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase, no cancellations or refunds are allowed once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Custom Services (Animations, Illustrations, etc.)

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• Beyond 24 hours, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund, as production work may have already begun.

Subscriptions

• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

• Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment, technical errors, or non-delivery of services.
