Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ToonCart, we strive to provide high-quality animation services, digital products, and courses. However, we understand that issues may arise. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • For Digital Products (e.g., animations, templates, courses)
    • Once purchased, digital products cannot be canceled as they are delivered instantly.
    • If you face technical issues accessing your purchased content, please contact our support team.
  • For Custom Animation Services
    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
    • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible, depending on the work progress.
  • For Subscription-Based Services
    • You can cancel your subscription anytime, but the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
    • No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • For Digital Products & Courses:
    • Refunds will only be issued if you experience technical issues that prevent access and our support team cannot resolve them.
    • No refunds will be given for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
  • For Custom Animation Services:
    • If work has not started, you are eligible for a full refund.
    • If the project is partially completed, a partial refund may be granted based on the work done.
    • No refunds will be issued for completed projects.
  • For Subscription-Based Services:
    • If you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days for a refund review.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
